Multislide Parts PhotoADM Industries is a family owned metal stamping company founded in 2004 to provide superior quality parts to United States industries. Our 8,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located in Owensboro, KY and includes tool design and tool room equipment, allowing us to to do in-house tooling for our multi-slide, hydraulic, and mechanical press production manufacturing.

We produce stamped parts using progressive die, short run stamping. multi-slide, miniature, and flexible tooling designed, built, and maintained at our facility. We have experience with a wide range of materials, such as various grades of stainless, titanium, nickel, copper, brass, inconel, aluminum, various grades of steels, etc. We can provide secondary machining or assembly operations (automated or hand loaded) in our facility and can provide secondary finish processes through our current network of vendors.

We utilize an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to manage all administrative functions including tracking of outsourced finish operations.

President

Graduated with Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Kentucky. Sixteen years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Systems Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer at high volume GE Kentucky Glass manufacturing plant. Managed process, equipment, productivity, and Quality improvements projects while developing plant-wide computer systems to monitor and analyze the production processes.

Nine years of experience as a Systems / Project Engineer at The Hines Group integrating computers systems into the manufacturing environment, providing manufacturing process problem solving, and implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

JIM DAY

Vice President of Manufacturing

Prior to his retirement from The Hines Group, he spent 40 years in the Tool and Die industry. His career started at Kentucky Electronics in 1963. In 1966 he was one of the founders of Premium Allied Tool (P.A.T.), a company that is recognized worldwide for quality and innovation in the Tool and Die industry.

In 1967 he established the P.A.T. apprentice program, setting up the curriculum and serving as its first instructor. Many of his early students became supervisors in the company.

During the 70s and 80s he served as Vice-President of Manufacturing while the company was becoming recognized as an industry leader in innovation and quality. During the 90s he served as President of Premium Allied Tool and Faith Tool & Die. In 2000 he became President of The Hines Group, Inc., a holding company comprised of Premium Allied Tool, Faith Tool & Die, PATx, and MidAmerica Jet and having a combined employment of approximately 1,000 people.

Throughout his career he has remained a valuable troubleshooter and problem solver.
