Maintenance – Our quotes include tool maintenance to provide Quality
parts on an ongoing basis. · Multi Discipline parts – We can provide a complete tooling/process or workcell for parts that require multiple manufacturing techniques (Stamping, Machining, Assembly, Automation, Metal Finishing, etc.) to produce the part. |

· Stamping Experience – Our stamping knowledge includes Progressive, Coining, Deep Drawing, Blanking, and Multislide on Stainless, Brass, Copper, Titanium, Steel, and Aluminum. · CAD – Our tooling design is done in SolidWorks which also allows us to utilize most common CAD files. · Quality Tools – Although we are not yet ISO or TS 16949 registered we have developed these systems at other companies and fully utilize all Quality tools when appropriate. |

Short
Run Production – Our ERP system allows us to efficiently manage the
unique needs of short run stamping and machining. Once a part process is defined in our
Engineering Master the purchasing of material, scheduling of work,
traceability, operator instructions, outside services, shipping, etc... will
be managed through the ERP system.
This helps prevent potential problems from falling through the cracks
and allows us to focus on improvements instead of chasing daily fires caused
by a lack of information. |
