We take great pride in keeping the three components of Customer Value in the proper order. 1) Quality (World-Class) The parts must meet the customer’s requirements. This requires the proper manufacturing systems to be in place and upfront discussions to define the CTQ (Critical To Quality) requirements. Any Quality issue must be dealt with immediately with real and aggressive solutions. The second two components do not matter if the part Quality is unacceptable. 2) Excellent Delivery (98% On-time) The parts must be on-time as promised. Systems must be in place to manage the workflow from order entry to shipping. Potential delivery issues must be detected and addressed before they happen (not after). If a Customer may be impacted, they will be contacted as soon as the issue arises to allow them an opportunity to deal with the potential missed delivery. 3) Competitive price Everything possible must be done to reduce costs without sacrificing the first two components of Value. Continuous improvement will be used to drive down costs as projects mature and the cost savings will be shared with our loyal Customers. |
